  • Contact form messages: When you submit a message, we receive the details you provide (name, email, phone if supplied, and your message).
  • Verification file: The file googlec5f8143e509c5c88.html is present only to verify site ownership with Google (Search Console). It does not collect personal data.

What we don’t do

  • No tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
  • No Google Analytics (or similar analytics) at this time.
  • No sale of your personal data. Ever.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and deliver the services you request.
  • Legal basis: UK GDPR “legitimate interests” to respond to inbound enquiries, and/or “consent” when you choose to contact us.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months for reference and continuity, or deleted sooner upon request.

Where your data is processed

We use a static hosting workflow with forms processed by Netlify Forms. This may involve transfers to data centres outside the UK. Netlify applies appropriate safeguards and security measures. We only use trusted providers to deliver the service.

Who can see your data

  • Service providers: e.g., our hosting/form provider (Netlify). They act as processors on our behalf.
  • Legal/Compliance: If we’re required by law to disclose information.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Data portability (where applicable).
